Bugvita Returns and Refunds Policy

Bugvita strives to provide the highest quality products to our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where a product does not meet your expectations.

In these cases, we offer returns and refunds for eligible products within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return or refund, please contact info@bugvita.com.

 

Please note that all products must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused, resalable condition. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We will not accept returns later than 30 days from the date of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Email info@bugvita.com to notify us of which products you would like to return.

  2. Send the returned products to Bugvita, Hall Farm, Oswalds Lane, Blankney, Lincoln, LN4 3FY

  3. Once the items are received by us we will issue a store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method - depending on which option you would prefer.

 

Additional Information:

  • Refunds or store credit will be issued immediately upon receipt of the returned items. Different products will be dispatched within 2 working days unless out of stock, in this case, a refund will be provided.

  • Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay.
